CHERRY ABACUS

Cherry Abacus is a popular hemp strain that was a cross of OG & Purple Urkle. The Abacus CBD hemp flower announces itself with its perfume-like aroma leavings a lasting impression. A terpene-rich high CBD hemp strain with gleaming purple-tinged buds, Abacus has always been a real hit.

These feminized hemp seeds were bred in 2016. Out of over 2 thousand plants, we selected two genotypes that contained the highest terpene profile along with the berriest taste. Imagine the strong cherry essence combined with the wild berry smell of the original Abacus. This is a personal favorite for many when it comes to smokable hemp strains. Cherry Abacus is a vertical strain so we recommend planting the feminized hemp seed at approximately 5000-7000 plants per acre.

These hemp seeds with CBD were first harvested in 2017. Abacus has been lab tested for purity and certified to have 0.3% THC. Ideal for a row crop of 5’x5′ spacing, the Abacus CBD hemp cultivar results in bold, standout CBD hemp buds that are both dense and crawling with crystallization.

What is the difference between the Cherry Abacus and the Cherry Abacus 2.0? The Cherry Abacus 2.0 was back crossed into the Abacus 2.0 which created an even stronger, more pungent terpene smell. We recommend growing both the Cherry Abacus and the Cherry Abacus 2.0 if you’re trying to develop a product line where a broad spectrum of terpene profile is desired.
 
A back cross of our very desirable Cherry Abacus was crossed into our Abacus 2.0. This stabilized the terpene profile of the Cherry Abacus while maintaining the amazing smell of the Abacus 2.0. Our Cherry Abacus 2.0 was developed for smokable products and full spectrum extracts.
 

The New USDA rules have created uncertainty as to harvest times and compliance for current hemp varieties in 2020. Compliance testing can vary by State, Tribe or County which is why we recommend weekly testing after four weeks in harvest to make sure you are in compliance.
 
This is a premium smokeable flower brand. We start testing all of our strains in week 4 of flower to monitor the total THC content. Our strains are resinous, dense,  disease resistant and freeze resistant. They’re in the top 1% of oil producing strains ensuring top quality crude for all product applications.
